I purchased this car from out of state and had to fly in sight unseen. This is a little nerve wracking but the team at CC Mazda was great to work with. The car was as advertised and there were no gotcha moments with either the car itself or the deal we had brokered. The finance dept handled all of the out of state taxes and paperwork appropriately which made this seamless and easy. Dane was great to work with as a salesperson. Very good experience.

Bought a low mile 2016 Miata from here and am absolutely in love with it. My salesperson Zach was friendly and helpful. Everyone I've spoken to here was great. I had a known manufacturing defect occur in my car and the dealership helped me pay for a repair out of warranty which was a great help. The GM Tony has been collaborating with me via text to make sure my problem is getting sorted, and Daniel from the service department has been nice to work with as well. They are trying very hard to make things better and they are being fair and reasonable now. They have a great selection,,,it was just difficult and frustrating to get the correct lease price I will give a positive review now...they are working their hardest to please me as a potential mazda owner. The SUVs are great.

The process went smooth from start to finish. Making the appointment was easy. The service advisor Melissa was very nice and helpfulI. I was advised of loaner cars being available if needed, which I appreciate, however I did not need one at this time. The mechanic sent a video describing the issue and the fix. The repair was done very quickly. My vehicle was returned to me, freshly washed and clean.
Exceeded expectations. In a world where many car dealers are thieves, and rude, Coconut Creek Mazda was a breath of fresh air. A fair price, no pressure. And a good finance rate. Sebastien, Kyle, and Santiago were all a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY recommended.
The service from start to finish was great. The waiting area and masage chairs were amazing. The only improvment could be that, if you're going to wash the car as part of the service, truly was the car. It does not have to be detailed, but rally wash it. The wash was an extremely poor job and that was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything was great!

After I left the dealer I went to see my old mechanic who told me that he was $400.00 less expensive for brakes, he'd do one thing I needed for free where as the dealer wanted to charge $180.00, etc.

I drove right in the service area and was promptly greeted checked in and brought to the service manager Daniel who reviewed my service needs and then showed me to the coffee area and waiting lounge.
