Overall good experience at this dealership, no issues no problem. The 2 staff I interacted with were very helpful and courteous.
Very poor. Scratched my car, my windshield wiper fluid compartment cap is missing, left a used rag and a partially used sealant tube in the engine compartment, and the cost I agreed to did not match what I was going to be charged by a a cost $300+. Very poor overall service from the is shop.
My service advisor, Nina, was extremely helpful and made sure the issues I was having with my key fobs got fixed. She also got me a loaner while they were working on my vehicle.
The sales guy, Gonzalo, was great! However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had the whole front end ripped from under it. The front wheel covers are completely shredded, the bottom of the front bumper is all scraped and broken under the car where you don’t easily see it and the engine cover is completely missing. I had a great experience at the dealership. I was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the car but my sales adviser asked me to return and they will give it the full detail that it deserved. The time I spent in the finance department was short and no hard push to upsell on warranties which I did appreciate.

Ken Vigo was one of the most helpful car salespeople I’ve worked with. He was knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles as well as other brands, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never came across as pushy. The entire experience felt informative rather than pressured.

Came in for repairs after hitting a curb on the front driver side. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation at the same time.
The shop initially found a bad rear driver-side axle. I specifically asked them to inspect the front driver side since that was the area that took the impact, and I was told it only needed an alignment.

I had a mixed experience here. On one hand, the dealership is stunning in of itself, sleek and modern, and the staff was very warm during the purchase process. On the other hand, however, the aftercare has been deeply disappointing. It feels like a place that is entirely focused on the transaction rather than building a relationship. Once I was out the door, getting any help or support regarding the vehicle became impossible. Future buyers beware regarding their post-sale service.

I feel compelled to write this review due to the horrendous service I received at Coconut Creek Mazda. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM to address a simple slow tire leak. Upon arrival, Nina informed me that the appointment wasn’t actually for service, but merely to write up the service order, and that it could take up to 45 minutes just to bring the car in. She immediately had an attitude, as if it were my fault for asking a reasonable question. That raises the question—why bother making an appointment at all?
