First of all I want to say how professional and helpful Melissa Stacey in service was. She is by far the best advisor I've had the pleasure of dealing with when buying a vehicle. Highly recommend buying a vehicle at this location. Taking your car to get Serviced can usually feel like a big question mark , but Daniel made my experience seamless and stress-free. So I would NEVER do business with this dealership. They lie and make up stories so as to benefit their operation. Here are my details of my HORRIFIC encounter with the people at Coconut Creek Mazda. Theo in the Pre-Owned department had been contacting me for over a month to come back in to sell them my Infiniti Q50 which I had brought over to get appraised a month ago. They had quoted me $10,500 which I had a written quote. So I finally did decide to sell them my car when I was getting ready to buy another one. I brought over the car title, all of the keys 🔑 and had cleaned the car and cleared everything out. They took possession of the title and Theo began processing the paperwork. After being there for 30-45 minutes, he tells me that the best they can know do is $10,000. So I wasn't happy, but said fine even though I had a written quote for $10,500. The after being there for another 30-45 minutes, Theo's assistant shows me all the paperwork I need to sign. After completing it, I asked where my check was and the assistant told me ( NOT EVEN THEO) that they needed to do an inspection before making payment for vehicle and all their technicians weren't there since it was a Sunday. I was quite shocked and surprised, but said Fine again leaving them my car and the title without payment. Two days pass and I had not heard from anyone at Coconut Creek Mazda, so I call them. Theo was off, but another man in the department said he would look into what the status was and get back.in touch with me. His name was Brandon. He NEVER called me back!! So I decided to go into the dealership and see what was going on and after waiting ✋️ 10 minutes Brandon comes out and says that it looks like the mechanics found something wrong with my vehicle and they were going to have to back out of the deal. They've had my car for over 2 days and never called me to inform.me of this!! And they could not produce a report that the technician wrote saying there were issues with the vehicle. My vehicle was in good condition, but they made up this story because they wanted to back.out of the deal realizing they could not make a profit turning it over & selling my car especially at the price Theo had given a written quote to me. So the manager said they would try to find the report from the technician detailing the issues and send it over to me. A week went by and no technician report. So I contacted the manager of the Pre-owned department and he finally sent something over to me which had complete and utter lies on the report as I had just gotten the vehicle serviced at Infiniti and none of these issues had been diagnosed or brought up by their technicians. The Coconut Creek Mazda people had made up & falsified a report so that they could try & justify backing out of the deal. It was all blatant lies on this fake report they had made up after the fact!! Don't ever do business with Coconut Creek Mazda as they are blatant liers, deceivers and try to screw people over whenever possible. STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP!!!

Last Friday. I bought a CX-30, and from start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. Sebastien Noel was our salesperson and he explained in detail the features with each trim package. He was extremely impactful in helping us choose the trim as he was knowledgeable explaining each option. Tony Burba was our sales manager and he introduced himself early on, ensuring us that he would work with us on achieving the right price point for our lease agreement. Furthermore he managed to secure the color of our choice and had the car delivered in a timely manner at the time of signing! Finance department was quick and painless as everything was done electronically on an iPad. I have to also thank Heinrich from the insurance department who helped us save quite a fortune after he analyzed our current coverage policy and helped secure the same coverage for the new car and our current vehicles! We are so glad bought our car from Coconut Creek Mazda even though there was another Mazda dealer closer to home! We highly recommend this dealership!

My recent experience with their sales team—specifically Tyler, Javier, and Ryan—has been relentless harassment. Despite my explicit, repeated requests to stop contacting me, the calls continued to flood my phone almost hourly. As a school leader, I spend my days managing staff, overseeing classrooms, and supporting students. I cannot have my workday constantly derailed by a desperate sales team that refuses to take “I’ll give you a call when I have the time” or “stop” for an answer. As a new parent supporting my recovering wife and newborn child, this is doubly as impactful. This level of disruption goes far beyond typical sales follow-up; it completely disrespects the fact that potential customers have actual lives and demanding careers to navigate. It is baffling that Coconut Creek Mazda believes this abrasive strategy is effective. Bombarding a prospective buyer with nonstop calls doesn’t earn a sale; it destroys trust and guarantees the customer will take their business elsewhere. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and bullying someone into it while they’re trying to get through their daily responsibilities is unprofessional and counterproductive. I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that understands basic professional courtesy and knows how to listen when a customer says enough is enough.

I purchased a 2025 cx5 se in December 2025, in March the suv has been changed twice. First time the interior was gray, the 2nd time black grey. I am driving a used SUV. If you are a senior citizen please don't go to Coconut Creek or North Miami Madza. I saw the salesman from North Miami Madza with 2 other guys near my SUV. My seats fill like I am in a cx30 also, the VIN number has been tamper with. The case is on going. They have done this before, they was to comfortable coming to my place where I live. No more Madza for me or my family. The driver seat and passenger seat supposed to adjust 6 ways they don't. I had Toyo tires I now have Geoland tires. I had double snitch seats, I don't now.

Thankfully, I was assigned Daniel T., who has been professional, kind, and attentive. He is honestly the only positive experience I have had here. Unfortunately, during several maintenance visits, I was repeatedly told my vehicle needed numerous expensive repairs. Today I returned because my lease is ending and I had scheduled what I understood to be a complimentary pre-inspection. When I arrived, I was initially told they do not provide this service and that an inspector would come to my home and I would later receive a bill. Once they realized I was the person who had scheduled the appointment, they proceeded with the inspection and asked what vehicle I was interested in. When I explained that I already had another lease arranged and simply wanted to return my Mazda, the attitude immediately changed. I was told I had not given them a chance to offer me a better deal. Absolutely got wrecked after turning in my lease here. Dealer advised that the lease turn-in wear and tear wouldn’t be greater than 2k and I just got hit with a bill over double this. Edit: Dealer reached out multiple times asking me to remove the review when it was completely factual. In fact, GM advised me that I shouldn’t have trusted the sales persons estimate. I was given the option to trade lease in, but when I’m given an option of half the price, I for one would always prefer to save thousands of dollars. As confirmed by the GM, I would not suggest trusting that the sales person is working in your best interest. I was told what I was told to get a deal done, rather than ensuring all parties would get what they needed from the transaction.

Customer service is good there, but they overpriced their tires. alot, do not buy parts from this dealership. On top of that, they punish you for using your credit card charging, you 3%. I would give them zero stars, but it does not let me considering my bad purchase that I made from this particular dealership.

My "buying" experience at Coconut Creek Mazda was great. I was in a huge rush that day, so I was able to get everything done before even arriving at the signing table. Once I was there, I was in and out in an hour. They were attentive and respectful of my time. Unfortunately, once the papers were signed, all of that ended. It had been almost a full month, and I still had no info regarding how/when I needed to make my payment. I called Mazda every day, multiple times a day, for over a week trying to get someone to help me with this. There were multiple phone transfers and promises to "call me back in 15 mins" (which never happened). The phone would ring and ring, and then when I called back I was always told they were busy with customers, as though I was not a customer any more. After no less than 25 calls I was finally put in touch with a manager who then got me in touch with the finance manager. Even then, I had to keep hunting this guy down as we tried to figure out what the hold up was with my loan. This could not have been more opposite of the attention and consideration I received when the sale was trying to be made. It seems that the costumer service ends once the papers are signed. I am still waiting for some promised information regarding my trade pay off (which has still not happened). Overall, I was disappointed and beyond frustrated. I really wanted to like CC Mazda, as it's a closer location for me, but I will be taking my business back to Fort Lauderdale Mazda from here on out.

I debated leaving a review but after today i decided it's needed. Buyer beware never bring your car here. I tool my car in with less than 10k miles in for its first oil change since purchasing my new 2024 mazda CX-30. Not only did they charge 200 for a full detail that was trash and left a sticky substance in my gas tank area, streaks on the car and 30 extra miles on my car that couldn’t be explained. I purchased this car from out of state and had to fly in sight unseen. This is a little nerve wracking but the team at CC Mazda was great to work with. The car was as advertised and there were no gotcha moments with either the car itself or the deal we had brokered. The finance dept handled all of the out of state taxes and paperwork appropriately which made this seamless and easy. Dane was great to work with as a salesperson. Very good experience.

Your general manager then followed me out to my car and offered me a better deal, and new paperwork had to be drawn up when I came back inside. That is because the deal I originally signed was not the deal presented to me at pickup. I still have both sets of paperwork. So tell the truth. Your response also says you made multiple attempts to address my concerns. That is not accurate. I have the record of who called whom over the TWO MONTHS, and it was mainly me. What I was offered was a $150 gift card. When I said no, it became $300, then $500, along with being told the situation was my fault to begin with. The general manager said i left a sour taste in his mouth because he worked to get me such a great deal. When in reality i had to push for 5 hours after he said no and was rude to me and my family. He didn't JUST give it to me, I had to ask and ask and finally leave for him to give it to me. So please get off your high horse with that one. I have still never received a real apology. I also notice that your response names my boyfriend, my mother, and my uncle in order to explain my own lease to me. That is exactly the treatment I described in my review. The review stands. My daughter bought a brand new Mazda CX 5 here. She took it for the initial oil change and everything was fine. They had a coupon today for a complete full synthetic oil and filter change. It was $89.95 and good until August 31, 2026. When she took her vehicle in for the second oil change with the 89.95 coupon, these crooks charged her $170!!! This is why most people avoid these crooked dealers like the plague. She'll never go there again.

I needed to change, because it was that time of the month, but they told me if i got up and walked out that door my car and my deal would be done. I ended up taking the car just to get out of there. My car is nice, and I got most of my deal back but this was honestly just a nightmare. I spoke with a representative from the dealership to try to "resolve the issue" but they offered me only things I could not possibly need with brand new lease. Then they stopped calling back. After 2 months of chasing them down to get an answer they have yet to apologize. Don't shop here, go to Gunther Mazda.

Aggressive sales. Poor delivery. After waiting 4 days the car wasn't ready, and the day they were too busy to deliver. Nobody provided any documentation until I insisted.

The process went smooth from start to finish. Making the appointment was easy. The service advisor Melissa was very nice and helpfulI. I was advised of loaner cars being available if needed, which I appreciate, however I did not need one at this time. The mechanic sent a video describing the issue and the fix. The repair was done very quickly. My vehicle was returned to me, freshly washed and clean.

The service from start to finish was great. The waiting area and masage chairs were amazing. The only improvment could be that, if you're going to wash the car as part of the service, truly was the car. It does not have to be detailed, but rally wash it. The wash was an extremely poor job and that was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything was great!

I spoke to sales guy before I went to test drive Mazda cx 5. Dealership is lovely, big selection...but I was told I could lease the car with no money down, for about the same as I've been paying for my Subaru forester I loved the Mazda, but sales guy gave me offer...5000 down on a 3 year lease. 10000 miles a year . 699 a month. That is absurd...they saw a woman pushing 70..they tried to rip me off .. next offer was much less...but I wanted no part of it anymore. I had an appt .I was very clear on what I would spend They wasted my time It was middle trim level ..not hybrid... 5000 down and 699 a month for a car with sticker of 37 k ... ridiculous

The staff is fantastic! Great people who are very knowledgeable. I was shocked at all the things not covered by the extended warranty and the cost of repairs. After I left the dealer I went to see my old mechanic who told me that he was $400.00 less expensive for brakes, he'd do one thing I needed for free where as the dealer wanted to charge $180.00, etc.

It took the expected amount of time. My service provider was professional and kind. Since it was my first oil change on a new vehicle it was also a treat and I appreciated it. The waiting room was comfortable with nice massage chairs and hot chocolate available. They did a full check up on my car but I didn’t expect to have any problems on a new car. Great job all around
